How Much Does a Real Estate CRM Cost in India? (2026 Pricing Guide)
Published 19 July 2026 · By the Sureplot team
Real estate CRM pricing in India is deliberately murky. Many vendors hide prices behind a “request a demo” wall, quote per-user rates that balloon as you add agents, or advertise a low headline price that excludes the two features you actually need — portal integration and WhatsApp. This guide lays out what fair pricing looks like so you can spot the games.
The typical price bands
For the Indian market, real estate CRM pricing generally falls into three bands. Knowing them helps you sanity-check any quote:
- Entry (~₹1,500–₹2,500/month): lead management, pipeline, basic inventory, mobile access — enough for a solo agent or small team
- Growth (~₹3,500–₹5,000/month): adds portal integrations, WhatsApp automation, AI lead scoring, ad integrations — the tier most active agencies actually need
- Enterprise (₹6,000+/month or custom): multi-branch, advanced roles, API access, dedicated support for larger developers
Per-user vs. flat pricing
This is the biggest hidden cost. A CRM at “₹500 per user” looks cheap until you count a 15-agent team and land at ₹7,500/month. Flat or bracketed pricing (e.g. up to 5, up to 20 users) is usually kinder to a growing real estate team, because sales headcount fluctuates and you don’t want a per-seat meter running on every new joiner.
The costs vendors don’t put on the pricing page
Before you compare headline prices, ask about these:
- WhatsApp conversation charges — Meta bills per conversation; a good CRM is transparent about this rather than hiding it
- Portal integration fees — sometimes charged as an add-on rather than included
- Onboarding or setup fees — reasonable for enterprise, a red flag for a small-team plan
- Annual lock-in — be wary of anyone demanding a year upfront before a real trial
Does it actually pay for itself?
Run the number that matters. If you spend ₹30,000/month on portals and ads and a CRM helps you convert even 3–4 more leads a month by responding faster and following up consistently, a ₹4,000/month subscription pays for itself many times over on a single closed deal. The CRM isn’t a cost centre — it’s insurance on the lead budget you’re already spending.
The right question isn’t “what’s the cheapest CRM?” It’s “what’s the cost of the leads I’m currently losing to slow follow-up?” — and that number is almost always bigger than any subscription.
